PATTERN WEAVING

What if the thing that keeps showing up is trying to show you something?

Maybe it’s a situation you keep finding yourself in, a reaction you don’t quite understand, a choice you can’t seem to make, or simply the feeling that something isn’t quite right.

You don’t have to know what it means yet. We can begin with what you’re noticing and follow the thread from there.

What if these things aren't as separate as they seem?

You may be thinking about a decision at work, feeling frustrated in a relationship, questioning what you want next, or noticing that you keep responding to certain situations in the same way.

On the surface, these experiences may seem unrelated. But sometimes, when we slow down and become curious about what is happening, a connection begins to appear.

Pattern Weaving starts with what is present for you now. We follow your words, questions, reactions, and experiences without deciding ahead of time what they mean. As we follow the thread, you may begin to recognize a pattern that wasn't visible before.

And seeing the pattern can change your relationship with it.

Pattern Weaving begins with what is already here.

Pattern Weaving is a way of exploring what you’re experiencing by becoming curious about the patterns beneath it.

We begin with something present in your life now. It might be a decision, a recurring tension, a relationship, a reaction, a question, or simply something that no longer feels quite right.

Rather than deciding what it means, we follow what emerges. Your words, experiences, feelings, and responses become threads we can explore together. Sometimes they lead somewhere unexpected. A connection becomes visible. Something you thought was the problem turns out to be pointing toward something else.

The goal isn’t to get rid of the pattern. It’s to understand it, including what it may have made possible for you, and discover what feels true for you now.

Notice What is Here

We begin with what you’re experiencing now, without needing to know why it is happening or what it means.

Follow the Thread

We stay curious about what emerges, noticing connections, questions, sensations, memories, or perspectives that may lead us somewhere unexpected.

Discover What Becomes Visible

As the pattern comes into view, you can begin to understand it differently and notice what choices or possibilities are available to you now.

Sometimes the thread leads to a knot.

A knot is a place where something has become tight, tangled, or difficult to move around. You might experience it as feeling stuck, repeatedly making the same choice, avoiding something you want, or finding yourself caught between two things that both matter to you.

In Pattern Weaving, we don't assume the knot is something to fix or get rid of.

Instead, we become curious about it. What is happening here? What has this pattern made possible for you? What might it have been helping you navigate? And what changes when you can see it differently?

Sometimes simply understanding the knot creates a little more space around it. From there, you can begin to discover what feels true now rather than automatically responding in the way you always have.

What May Become Possible

There isn't one thing you're supposed to discover in a Pattern Weaving session. What becomes visible is different for everyone.

Sometimes the shift is an answer. Sometimes it's a new question. Sometimes it's simply seeing something you've been living with for a long time in a way you hadn't considered before.

A Different Perspective

Something that felt confusing or frustrating may begin to make more sense when you can see the larger pattern around it.

More Clarity

You may begin to understand what is creating the tension you've been feeling and what is actually asking for your attention.

Less Judgment

A reaction, choice, or way of being you've criticized in yourself may look different when you become curious about what it has made possible for you.

More Choice

When you can see a pattern while it's happening, you may discover that you don't have to respond to it in the same way every time.

More Trust in Yourself

Instead of searching for the right answer outside yourself, you may feel more connected to what you already know and what feels true for you.

More Freedom

As you begin to understand the pattern differently, there may be more room to choose, move, experiment, or simply be with what is happening differently.

What actually happens when I book a Pattern Weaving session?

You don’t need to prepare a story, identify the pattern, or know what you want to uncover before we meet.

Bring what is present for you. We’ll begin there and allow the session to unfold from what you notice.

Before We Meet

Your Human Design Chart

Before we meet, I’ll ask for your birth date, birth time, and birth place so I can create your Human Design chart. Your chart gives us another lens for noticing patterns and connections that may be useful during our session.

YOUR SESSION

A Private Pattern Weaving Session

We begin with what is present for you and follow the threads that emerge. Through questions, conversation, and different perspectives, we explore the connections and patterns that become visible.

AFTER YOUR SESSION

Space to Let It Settle

You’ll leave with what you discovered and an invitation to notice how it begins to show up in your everyday life. Sometimes the meaning of a session continues to unfold after our conversation ends.

Your Pattern Weaving experience includes

  • Personal Reflection Report prepared before we meet, drawing from your Human Design and the patterns I notice
  • Private Pattern Weaving Session where we follow what is present and explore the connections that emerge
  • Session Recording so you can return to the conversation in your own time
  • Follow-Up Summary capturing the key threads, insights, and discoveries from our conversation

You don't Need to Know What the Pattern is.

You only need something you’re curious about.

Maybe there’s a situation you keep returning to, a decision that feels difficult to make, a reaction that surprises you, or simply a sense that something is asking for your attention.

We can begin there.

Come as you are. We’ll follow the thread together.
