Discover the Patterns Within

I’ve always been someone who sees patterns.

For most of my career, that meant seeing patterns in data, technology, and complex systems. I could look through enormous amounts of information and find the one thing that didn't belong, often arriving at an answer in a way that wasn't immediately obvious.

Over time, I realized I was doing something similar with people.

I began noticing the words someone used, patterns in their experiences, symbols and images that appeared, sensations in my body, and sometimes simply a knowing that made me curious.

At first, that didn't always make sense to my analytical mind. I questioned it. I studied. I experimented. And as I began seeing patterns in what I was experiencing, I learned to trust what I noticed.

The tools aren't the work.

Over the years, I've explored different ways of understanding ourselves, including energy and sound healing, Reiki, muscle testing, oracle cards, and Human Design.

Each gave me another way to listen.

But after working with more and more people, I realized something important: the tools aren't the work.

A chart, a symbol, a sensation, or something you say might show me where to look. But it doesn't tell me what something means for you.

That's where curiosity comes in.

I notice what catches my attention, bring it into our conversation, and we follow it together. I'm not looking for what's wrong with you or trying to tell you who you are. I'm interested in what might become visible when we look at your experience differently.

That way of working has become Pattern Weaving.

Why I do this

I believe the way we change ourselves changes what we bring into the world.

When something that needs to be heard is heard, acknowledged, released, or brought back into alignment, we create more room for freedom, possibility, love, light, and joy.

And when we have more of those things within ourselves, we have more of them to bring into our relationships, families, work, communities, and the world around us.

That's the deeper reason I do this work.

A little more about me

I'm happiest when I'm connecting with people, spending time outdoors, creating something, or curled up with a good book, a cup of tea, and my journal.

I love hiking and camping, dancing, writing, learning, and crafting gifts for people I care about. Tea ceremonies are a favorite way for me to slow down and intentionally honor myself and others.

And I laugh. A lot. I've been called “Giggles” more than once, and laughter often finds its way into my sessions too. I believe we can explore meaningful things without everything becoming heavy.

Curiosity, connection, creativity, and joy aren't just ideas I bring to my work. They're part of how I want to live my life.

And maybe that’s the best way to understand how I work, too. I notice what appears. I get curious. And we follow the thread together.
